Resetting your Password


This is a guide to show you how to reset the password for your account if you don't know it or forgot it. If you do not have an email attached to your account this will not work.

1.) Click the following link: Account Manager and on that page, there is a link that says "Forgot your password?" Click it.



2.) You will now be at a new window. Enter your account name, your email address that is attached to your account, and the verification image. Then click "Retrieve".



3.) If you entered the correct information you will see the message shown below. If you got a different message such as your email doesn't match, that means there is no email attached to your account or the email you entered does not match the one actually attached to your account.



4.) You will now receive an email at the email address that is attached to your account with in the next few minutes, it will be titled L2 Equanimity - Password Reset Request. Open it and click the link inside as shown below.



5.) It will send you back to our account manager, and give you the message shown below. Saying your password reset was a success.



6.) You will now receive a final email titled L2 Equanimity - Password Reset Success. It will have the contents shown below giving you your new password, the password is circled in blue. Your done!
