February and March Updates!

We finally finished up R grade Armors for .dressme, now we have started a new kind of customization option. We now have .dressme for weapons and we plan on continuing to release weapon sets as we go on to encourage even more character customization. On another note to help improve user friendliness especially to new clans or returning old ones, we have started creating custom clan halls to make sure everyone who deserves one gets one, we dont want any clan to be in a disadvantage in this way.

- Client version 4.9 has been released, make sure to run the auto updater!

- New Clan halls have been added! I have been spending a a lot of time lately working on new clan halls, to make sure new, and old clans joining/combing back have a place to call their home and we dont want them to feel they have a dis advantage or have a hard time getting a clan hall (many people have had a hard time). 4 New clan halls have been added, more will be added soon, it will be much easier to add more because i have already coded the ground work for it. They are essentially copies of existing halls but in different instances. The names of these clan halls will be the same as the originals but with a 2 on the end. For example Moonstone Hall 2. You will have to run out updater to see the new clan halls properly displayed inside your clan window as your base.

- Please note since these are instanced clan halls, their doors wont open. If you find any bugs, please let me know.

- Players can now gain PvPs even when they are red (Please note: you wont get PvPs for PKing people... this just means you will get a PVP if you kill someone who is flagged, while you are red, this used to not work because NCSoft disagreed with it).

- The Raid Zombie Lord Ferkel position was updated, previously he was not attack-able because his spawn position was wrong, now its attack-able, thanks for reporting!

- Several GM tools updates, to help speed things a long.

- Fixed a problem with DM, the NPCs supply shop didnt open when you clicked supplies. Thanks Mali6ka for the report.

- Fixed a spawn position issue with Valley Fortress, thanks Fugly for reporting.

- Our newest client update fixes a skill typo that NCSoft made on CoV decrease penalty route. It said increases speed rather then decreases speed.

- We added 2 new sections of the faq: (How do you get Armor Tokens) and (How does Seven Signs work) check them out if you dont know!

- GM Ravens has created a new video that shows you how to vote for the server and we added it to our L2 Equanimity YouTube Channel. We posted the link to it on our vote page just in someone needs guidance. Thx Ravens!

- The recipes that are supposed to be at the recipe merchant like on retail as many of you know is removed here, however, these recipes are now available at the spoil section of the GM Shop instead.

- Fixed an issue with .dressme for various robe sets such as Elegia, Vorpal, Dynasty, Moirai and major arcana, it was missing the Sigil, thanks for the report!

- Archer/Crossbow weapons now do more damage to monsters in VoL/Frozen to help make things more user friendly for archer classes, this is subject to change.

- Updated the Valakas For Dummies Guide NPC, it had some outdated information there about Valakas spawn time.

- Added .security to the commands page (.commands), it was missing, to help notify people about how to protect their accounts.

- Updated event announcements to also include the mode type when saying how many minutes are left until registration closes. This was done to make it easier to notice which type of event it is, such as newbies noticing its a limited mode event or not.

- Floran was added to the list of locations a red player can port to from the Global GK.

- The donation section has had various updates.

- .dressme for weapons has been added! But just No Grade and D grade weapons for now, but its 100+ weapons! We will add the rest as we go. Please take note there is no such thing as a no grade dual sword, rapier, crossbow, 2 handed blunt, or dual daggers, so those are not available because they simply dont exist and thats why we added D grade as well.

- You can access it by typing .dressme then clicking Weapons. You dont have to unlock it, its free for everyone!

- Players can only use .dressme for weapons for the weapon type they currently have equipped, if they change weapons it will stop/disable .dressme for weapons.

- As with other dressme functions .dressme for weapons will be saved upon log out, and will be preserved/re-initialized after an event or oly.

- Various updates to our New Player Tracking system, making it easier for GMs to handle/track/sort new players.

- 15+ sections of the faq were updated. Our server changes a lot, so a lot of the information was no longer up to date, or did not fully explain it due to updates.

- A new section of the faq has been added called (How do I get Giants Codex Mastery?).

- A new section of the faq has been added called (How do life stones work, and get the aug I want).

- Posted on our website a compilation of our updates from the last few months, make sure to read it if you are not caught up!.

- Updated news/images in our launcher so its up to date now.

- Do you recruit new players to your clan? If so, we can help you with that! As most already know, we try and talk to all new players who join the server and help them. We would like a list of clans that recruit new players so we can forward them to you if they are looking, check the recruitment section of the forums for the details!

- L2 Equanimity Client Version 4.8 is now available.

- Dark Eternal Armor Token has been added (Please run our auto updater to be able to see it!).

- Now when players participate in an event and are ported back to town at the end, there is a chance they will be ported somewhere else instead to an event portal, this is what unlocks Dark Eternal Armor Tokens, so join events!

- Now while in events you and your team members will have clan/ally tags that are associated with your team (for example red team will have red clan/ally tags and their clan name will say EQRedTeam). Your enemies will have their own set of tags as well. This will help identify friends/foes easier and is more organized. Thanks GM Caer for making the tags for all 4 team types, she made them for us before she went inactive.

- Some client side skill description updates to help clarify some misconceptions (Your need to run our auto updater to see this).

- The benefits that a team gets while being slaughtered in an event have been increased, their invincibility after they port out of their spawn room is now 35 seconds instead of 20.

- The .faq section (How do teams get sorted in team events?) has been updated to reflect some of our more recent changes in regards to giving special benefits to teams that are losing badly.

- The Xmas area of the GM Shop is now removed until next December.

- The Xmas portal in Giran is now removed until next December.

- Fixed an issue where there was not a summon buffs option at the NPC inside DM/DMS events, thanks mali6ka for reporting.

- Fixed an issue with wards. After a server restart if you had 3 active wards, the third one was not recorded as active. Meaning the leader of the clan would have to re-active their third ward every restart. Thanks Zed and Conejeitor for reporting.

- Christmas socks are no longer be obtainable, our Christmas event is officially over. The Xmas area of the GM Shop and Xmas portal in Giran will be available for 1 more week then they will disappear as well.

- NPC themes have reverted from their Xmas counterparts and are back to normal.

- We now have a new GM their name is Isabella! As with all new GMs there is a probationary period so If you have any issues with them, please report it to Balls directly!
