HIGHLIGHTS: L2J SYNC, FRINTEZZA INSTANCED  


- As some of you know FoR mobs recently got stronger to help prevent the many people who were soloing it (it was never meant to be soloed and the drops are designed not for one person, but a small group), but we realize in some cases its too hard for a small group to even go there now. OUr recent countermeasures consist of reflect damage to cancel out VR effects which is very effective, inspite of this most of the mobs at FoR now have lower P atk (they had high p atk before to make it not soloable but that didnt work out). So now For should be a little easier but still not soloable, more small changes will probably happen depending on the results of this change.
- Fixed a problem with the WH GM Shop service thx Feodora for reporting.
- Now when you check your wh, you have the ability to choose your selection to be organized, if this is an annoyance let me know.
- Fixed a problem with the skill "Master of Combat" reguarding its first enchatn route it should give extra p atk for 2h blunts and 2h swords too, ty puchatek for bringing it to my attention.
- Disabled the 3 second delay time that happened when you talked to NPCs, its supposed to be a retail like feature but its annoying especially in CTF/CTP.
- Updated our forums to phpbb version 3.0.9 (the newest), and our forum now uses reCaptcha to help against spam bots.
- Changed the thing that "stops" players from moving when they use a self buff while running, this is actually supposed to be a retail like feature but players complain about it, and i agree with them, it was removed.
- There was a problem when castle/fort owners tried to ride a wyvern it wouldnt let them if they didnt have any weapon equipped, this is now fixed.
- I know some of you are going to complain about this, but FoR/Elmore mobs are NOT meant to be soloed, a few soloing countermeasures were added.
- Fixed the issue reguarding FoR not respawning mobs properly.
- Lowered Life/Mana herbs reuse time (this means your herbs will work if you pick them up consecutvily of the same type, before the reuse was a few seconds so people were claiming it was a bug cuase they wouldnt always get the effects due to the reuse).
- UPDATE: There is a spawn issue with the new Elmore/FoR, it will be fixed later today.
- Elmore Hillside has been relocated to Fortress of Resistance (FoR) for many reasons including, Elmore Hillside/Ditch isnt that great of an idea it was just an after thought after we made VoL/Frozen. It dont have enough space, and the terrain is very bland and boring. It will aslo eliminate the ability to train mobs to VoL/Frozen. FoR now has the random respawn system that VoL/Frozen/CoD uses. This is the first of several updates to this area, new mobs/raids will be added to the area in the near future.
- Fixed an issue that was not allowing people use certain ports, like to the spawn area, thanx celmor for reporting.
- Fixed an issue that was allowing people to use Hide with the CTF Flag after the l2j update, this is now fixed.
- Frintezza now drops its boss cloak but its a sealed version, to unseal it check the spoil area of the GM Shop.
- Fixed an issue that wasnt allowing people to learn certain transformations at Avant-garde, this was due to our recent l2j update.
- Fixed another issue with agro skills, thx Angart for reporting.
- Fixed the issue reguarding a bunch of single target skills that involved hp, mp, and cp heals, you werent able to use them on yourself since the the l2j sync yesterday. (Touch of Life, Reacharge, etc).
- Fixed an issue reguarding skills that change other peoples targets that didnt need flagging, i.e shield Strike, Tribunal, Judgement, they still aggro your enemy, but only when they are flagged or their your enemy in some sort of way like in an event, this is how it already was but it got screwed up in a recent update.
- Added Dual Dagger Mastery to the Fortune Seeker section of the Forgotten Scroll area of the GM Shop.
- Sorry for any issues reguarding our recent problem, This issue is now solved, atleast for now, what we did was update to the newest version of l2j, (this one is only 1.5 weeks newer then the update we had on the 12th, it took about 7 hours to do, the last issue happened after a few days, hopefully this is not a repeating thing.
- The Banner Contest is now over, to find out who won, and to see how to recieve your prizes check the forums! (The participation prize was also improved).
- Fixed a problem with not being able to add elements to pvp items after the udpate the other day.
- Fixed a problem where hero weapons werent able to be enchanted after the update the other day.
- There was a problem with voting for Events, after the voted for event was over it would start another event of whichever won the vote, this should no longer happen, but we will see.
- We are now updated to the most recent version of L2j. Please read the whole news entry before reporting bugs.
- Trigger buffs (i.e physical pose, Enchanter Ability - Barrier, Patience, Warrior Ability - Haste), now have thier own buff bar and can not cancel your normal buffs. When these trigger skills were introduced we added extra buff slots to compensate, but now that they do not interfere you normal buffs slots were decreased by 2, but overall due to this change it should be still easier to manage buffs.
- When players record olympiad, their video should no longer be stuck in the spawn position, the camera should move with you as it should.
- Olympiad arenas are now instanced (retail like)
- Vote reward system updates now you get a Giants Codex Mastery every 25 votes, a S grade Blessed Enchant every 15 votes, a normal Giants Codex every 10 votes, and 90 cracked kinship crystals every 3 votes.
- New Items have been added to the voting section of the GM Shop, inluding new cloaks.
- The Voting section of the FaQ has been updated to include additional information about getting extra prizes for your overall votes. - You now need at least 15 matches to be elegible for hero (instead of 9, this is a retail like change) - Your weekly matches are now recorded and limited in Olympiad. A player is allowed up to 70 mathes per week, in which they can only do 60 class irrelevent matches per week, 30 class specific matches per week, and a max of 10 team matches per week. (this is a retail like change).
- Frintezza is now instanced and the quest is needed to enter, it works, the only thing is im not sure if going to be too hard, so who ever tries this please provide feedback and or let me know when you attempt it so i can see. Please note you need a command channel to enter so if you have only one party (which may not be enough to kill it) break it into two and create a command channel to enter, then you can reform your group after you enter. A Quest guide will be started soon.
- The custom Frintezza GK has been renamed to "Frint for Dummies" and gives basic info about the quest that needs to be done and how to enter Frintezzas lair.
- The FaQ has been updated to include information reguarding greif buffing.
- The Commands section of .info has been updated to include information on .dressme, .protecton/off, .event etc.
- The Doombringer skill Soul Roar now stacks with other buffs (this is retail like, just didnt have confirmation before).
- The skill Burning Chop is now Enchantable.
- Now a certain % of a players elemental attributes are passed no to their servitor to make them stronger. (this is retail like)
- Offline shops are now invincible, so if someone happens to drags mobs into town they cant kill peoples shops.
- Finally fixed the issue where if someone didnt meet all the requirements for upgrading their clan from 10 to 11, that it would take the items they did the requirement for.
- Fixed a problem when people voted for a "random event" it could chose voting for an event at random, thus performing a loop and voting again.
- A new service has been added to the GM Shop, a WH function.
- Some of (not all) of the Hellbound quests now work.
- The noblesse quest should now function the way its supposed to after the High Additions. (The guide on the website will be edited in the near future).
- Unfortunately reguarding siegable clan halls that were "supposed" to be working, they are much more functional but are still not completely finished sorry guys.
- Some additions/changes/fixes to .info tips and ones that can appear in shout.
- There may be a few important things left out that we forgot..
- Thousands of other small fixes/changes/updates, if you find a bug remember to report it by petitioning or on the forums!
